I can't speak highly enough of the team at Property Alchemy! 1 week after my investment property had settled Belinda had advertised my property for rent, conducted an inspection and secured tenants who offered to pay more rent than what I was asking. Belinda was absolutely phenomenal when it came to renting out my first investment property. She handled the entire process with respect and a high level of professionalism. I was very impressed by her and her team’s can do attitude when it came to advertising my property over the Christmas / New Year break with only a few days notice. Within days of the ad going live my property leased. The uncertainty of renting and moving can be quite stressful but Belinda gave amazing advice and took a lot of the pressure off.
